Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Leverage existing understanding of the clients Medical Disability Examination process in order to develop training material curriculums and content to support healthcare providers.
- Partner with healthcare providers to share disability evaluation knowledge via live trainings, 1:1 sessions, and small group coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of the medical disability evaluation process.
- Follow all processes and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding personally identifiable personal health information.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 2 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 4 years of experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 2+ years of experience providing training and coaching to healthcare professionals on how to complete Medical Disability Examinations to the standard required by the client.
- 2+ years of experience providing technical assistance to healthcare professionals on how to complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires in accordance with legal standards
- 2+ years of experience working with Quality Assurance Specialists to implement process improvements to enhance examiner performance in completing disability evaluations
Preferred:
- 2+ years of prior experience working with a Medical Disability Examinations vendor.
- Experience conducting quality reviews of Disability Benefits Questionnaires in accordance with established medical and legal requirements.
- Understanding of Compensation and Pension policies and procedures.
- Understanding of medical terminology.
